Collection: Casey Williams
According to Greenfield, MA artist Casey Williams:
"I find inspiration from the things around me every day, everywhere. Color, texture, and pattern combinations found on a rusted door, a plate of food, a friend's earring, a scene from a film, a feeling or style of someone’s home, dreams, remembering dishes, clothing, or pillows from a relative’s house party from 1979, or a towel in my grandma’s bathroom, etc... all spark ideas, and mix together in my head to produce an ongoing collection of works that are meant to spark joy in small spaces; similar to when you find that perfect little *thing at a flea market, and know exactly where it will go when you get it home, because it’s got “your colors”, or will look perfect next to your kitchen dishes, or record collection."
Casey brings us her collection of western Massachusetts town maps, as prints and postcard sets. They are super fun and a great gift.
